PKM vs. Level IV Plate Armor

We take out a PKM using 174gr ball ammo and put it up against RMA NIJ level IV plate armor to see if it meets or exceeds NIJ standards. We take a look at the back face deformation too. Level 4 armor is rated for most common rifle calibers.
