Ive always thought that an addition of a "drill of the week" or something similar would be awesome and would help give each others ideas on what we need to cover or improve on. ill start out:
One of my personal favorites is the "gas pedal drill". starting from the 7 yard line, on timer que, draw and fire 5 shots on target, turn and sprint back to the 15 yard line, turn and fire 5 more shots on target, then sprint back to the 7 yard line while reloading on the move, and finish with 5 more on target. focusing on accuracy, speed, and muzzle control under movement. usually your first 5 and last 5 will have closer splits than the 5 at the 15, which makes you slow down and make more accurate shots before throwing yourself back into high gear for movement/reload.
you can do this with both pistol or rifle, mixing in transitions or reloads as wanted. if i knew how to imbed pictures on here id throw up a target from last weekend lol
