Hello! New member here with a question about bio metric rifle safes. I am looking to get an AR and training to help protect my wife and two special needs kids from an actual threat. Does anyone have experience with a rifle safe that can be accessed with a fingerprint, or some other method that is not clumsy. I have a handgun I carry that I store in a vaultek safe that opens with a fingerprint, and the door opens outward and down with gravity fairly quickly. Vaulteks are rather expensive though. I'm doing some research and appreciate any knowledge and experience y'all have with rifle safes. Thanks!
