Specifically, he talks about GOA's amicus brief from Quinn v. Texas back in 2014. The case came down to the question of whether law enforcement can execute a no-knock warrant for the sole reason a citizen had chosen to exercise his Second Amendment right to keep a firearm in his house for self-defense? GOA's answer is no.
