Any war poets out there familiar with RifleSpeed adjustable gas blocks? I'm building a .308 and eventually I want to put a can on it. I'm looking for a tool-less adjustable block. I came across these https://www.riflespeed.com/ and found them quite interesting. I would love some input before I purchase.

I dont have one of those, but I do use a Superlative one. It bleeds gas and requires less adjustment - its like a self tune in some way. you have the option to use bleed mode or use it like a normal adj gas block. Also helps a little in recoil and keeping the gun cleaner.
