Ladies and Gentlemen, I know I'm not in the greatest shape even though I can pass my ACFT twice a year. Anyone interested in a fitness thread and/or accountability group? I'm tired of being out of shape and need to get back in the gym more consistently. Anyone else? Could use this as an accountability and encouragement group.

I'm pretty regular with my gym attendance but wanting to up my game a bit and focus on improving results. I'm at the point where I realize if I keep doing what I've always done I'll keep getting what I've been getting. I'd welcome input on new\different things to do to accelerate progress.
I'd be down for such a thing. I just turned 65, grateful for good health, good knees, back, joints so far. I've been attending fitness classes for the last 2 years combo of hiit and strength. I don't want to be crawling when I'm 80 I guess is my main motivation, kind of addicted to the fitness classes.
Any chance you use Garmin connect? I was just checking to see if anyone has started a warrior poet society group on there.
I would LOVE to see a Warrior Poet Society group on Garmin. I am new to the Garmin world and am working on fitness multiple times a week.
