A Journey indeed! Men of true heart, Men of a transforming mind, set upon the foundation of our LORD JESUS CHRIST that is our Rock... This journey began long ago but is defined clearly in the ethos of the Warrior Poet Way. Men after GOD's own heart as David was... Not in perfection, but committed to the Journey that is the relationship we have with the CREATOR of all things... This cannot be done as individuals, but must be done in the community of like minded men committed to the process and the Journey... All that to say this... There is a small group of Men in Western Washington that have begun this Journey of seeking the LORD and HIS design for our lives as men balanced as both Warriors and Poets... Protectors and Peacemakers... May GOD be glorified and our hearts be changed!

A gathering of like minded men from one end of the State of Washington to the other... This morning, a modest group of men gathered to discuss "The Warrior Poet Way", centered on CHRIST, the balance of being both Lion and Lamb in appropriate context, and how to zero in on the target that is the best version of ourselves as GOD has designed... It was a great time of strengthening as iron sharpens iron, that we might be effective in the Battles that we are called to fight... To be solid and unmoving on the line of righteousness that JESUS has positioned us on through HIS blood and also pliable in the hands of GOD as we learn to love rightly... To be both Lion and Lamb as GOD desires... Next week... Chapter 2.
