Any way to talk DD into setting up the option to clock the Warcomp right handed (or left) rather than neutral only? I would love to get one of these, but have a hard time dropping $3k without being able to set the Warcomp like my others.

I'd also be open to sending it unpinned, separate from the buttstock; or upper and lower separate, pinning the Warcomp once I set it right handed, and then assembling it as a rifle.

DD isn't really open to doing any customization. It's too bad because they used to have a really cool build-your-own rifle thing, but that was before my time in weapons. I was ordering a non-WPS M4A1 RIII, and I tried to get them to put the warcomp on it instead of the regular flash hider, but they said they were unable to do any customization. Would have been cool to be suppressor ready. I told them I was a big fan of John and would have bought the signature rifle, but I really wanted a black one for my first AR.

I just hate knowing I'm going to get tipsy one night in 2024 and wake up with a receipt for payment of a WP DD in my inbox the next morning...
