Outside of returning to God & election integrity I believe the greatest threat to our liberty is the implementation of CBDC.
I would love to discuss creating technology to combat what is currently an inevitability. Any other tech professionals around that would like to set up a regular discussion and game planning session?
While of love the spirit of what you are saying, is tech really the answer?
Why not return to a silver or gold backed currency?
I know several states have passed legislation makeing gold and silver legal tender.
I think Texas even has a bill proposing a gold backed crypto currency. (Though I'm not super hip on this either as it's state controlled.)
What are the downsides of gold or silver as currency?
While cryptocurrencies are rife with fraud and vulnerabilities, I do believe that blockchain technology itself and the smart contracts it enables are the best opportunity mankind has yet invented to create an honest financial system that doesn't rely on central banks. Trustless peer-to-peer transactions are the only viable method of creating this, and CBDC's are designed to prevent that future by inserting the government as the middle-man (while giving them complete control of your finances and the ability to simply add or remove your funds as they see fit).
I think DEX's (decentralized crypto exchanges) and privacy coins pegged to the value of precious metals will be important, as well as the crucial role oracle services will play.
