I’ve tried for two weeks to subscribe using the JLShow promo code. My bank thinks it’s a fraudulent transaction every time and won’t approve the payment. The transaction says DHX DBA VIMEO OT. It says nothing about WPSN. Is this correct? Are others having this issue?

Give it a try again in 12-24 hours. Going forward, it should show up on your billing as "OTT* WATCHWPSN".

I am unable to sign up. My bank declines the transaction because it looks like fraud. If I subscribe in the iOS app, it costs $20 more because I can’t use the promo code. I have tried at least six times. Unless you can help me toward a solution, I’m done. I’ve subscribed successfully at other sites.
Because your bank said the transaction is coming from DHX DBA VIMEO OT, you are not on the right web site. Check the address bar for misspellings, check if your browser says the site is insecure. If you have the correct url and your browser thinks it is secure then your computer probably has a virus or other malware.
