Just finished watching/listing to https://online.hillsdale.edu/courses/real-american-founding
This is a great "course" (really just a conversation) about the USA founding and the thoughts and theory behind it. Anyone can sign-up and watch/listen for free. Highly recommend. I learned some new things I did not know and gave me a few things to think about.
One take away for me was the part about the founders would be good with a person/business choosing who they would do business with ("associated with") as that is part of liberty. I've always thought that a business should at least be able to separate from certain activities they choose to support (like a baker doing business with someone that is gay, but then refusing to supply a cake for a gay wedding). But the founders would be good with the liberty of pick and choose even which individuals they choose to do business with (again part of choosing "association").
