How do you find the total number of poet points one has accumulated (and use them)? I have gone through the FAQ forms. It explains how to get the points and that they can be used for discount codes. However, it does not explain how to use them or where to find them.

Also, I have made a few orders, and on both occasions, I have received offers on other products for a little bit off, but when I click add to cart on those products (ones discounted in my cart), it places the products at full price.

Has this occurred to anyone else?

Hey Mark! Scroll to the bottom of our website and underneath "Shop" click on "Poet Points" to open the Poet Points portal.

Sometimes those discounts cannot be combined with already existing products, but our software can glitch occasionally. Whenever that happens, reach out to our support team at [email protected] and they will be able to sort it all out!
