This video ya'll did with Colion Noir depicts my best friend defending himself on his property. He was recently no billed by a special grand jury, which as I understand happens in 2% or fewer cases, and was never arrested or charged and yet has already spent his life savings in legal fees.

As is almost always the case, there was a lot of disinformation, and this led many of your theories down the wrong path. Up until recently Kyle could not attempt to get his side out but is starting to fight back.

When it comes to the second amendment and the god given rights contained in it, WE are our own worst enemy. So fast to eat our own because he didn't do it exactly how we would have done it, yet we have the grace of hindsight.

This is a normal hard working Texan, who lives in rural[ish] WTX, who went viral on the worst day of his life. If you want to interview someone... interview him.

It always seemed to me that there was probably more to the story. Aside from all the "what happened and how how it happened" stuff, two things stood out to me: 1) The potential victim threw Kyle off his own porch, and 2) Stood between Kyle and his own house.

Regardless of how it all got to that point, #2 is the clincher; to me, at that point, Kyle was dispossessed of his home, being blocked entrance by what appeared to be a threat. Not sure if that's what tripped the Grand Jury or not, but that's what stood out to me.
