Thoughts on Anderson Manufacturing lowers? How well do they mate up with non-Anderson uppers?

I’ve put together 4 psa kits with Anderson lowers. They all fit together a bit different . One actually fit up nice and snug. To be fair, can’t say the fit was upper or lower or a little bit of both. They all seem to function fine , although probably only 200 rounds or so through each.

I have been impressed with PSAs stripped lowers. I have used Brownells, Aero Precision, and DPMS receivers to great success. I still need to drill and pin a few gas blocks. Its interesting to see what pairs well in between the brands of parts. Tolerance stacking is real !! 👍

I have put together a few lowers from PAS for friends and they seem to go together alright. I have found that some of the holes for the pins (bolt release etc...) were drilled a little too big. However PSA customer service was really good and replaced the lower at no cost.
I personally have either Aero or Sig lowers for my guns. As Ive stated in other parts of the forum, I use Sigs because of the true Ambi controls.
