There are many different martial arts - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Aikido, Karate, etc., but no martial art can possibly compare to Chub-Jitsu and Kung Jitsu. These forms of martial arts are not well known, but there are no other systems designed to work weapon retention using your fat. Chub Jitsu advances all the way to 3rd stripe Fusia Belt, and once you master it, you will no longer need retention on your firearm at all. The fatness does it all (and knowing how to use the aforementioned fatness). Kung Jitsu is designed for the completely untrained to have full freedom in form without actual training. Kung Jitsu allows you to immediately claim expertise even when you have none. This form is highly respected by the individual that declares it for themselves.
