For the past year, John and team have worked tirelessly to build the WAR POET 9mm pistol. This pistol, built buy Shadow Systems and powered by Sportsman's Guide, gets you the upgrades that John loves and then some! In this video John walks through a line item breakdown of what each feature would cost should you start your build from scratch and how you get WAY MORE for the value with the WAR POET 9mm pistol.
While John admits he is very happy with a stock Glock 19, there are some key upgrades that do certainly help. This production run of what John believes to be 'the most important upgrades' any shooter would want gets you improved iron sights, a sexy-smooth trigger, dialed in grip work, a trigger guard undercut that is coupled with an interchangeable palm swell to give you whichever point of aim you desire, and a flared mag well with all the extra space filled in to prevent your reloads from getting hung up.
The extras you get with the WAR POET include an upgraded threaded barrel with customized engraving, as well as some sweet slide work with window cuts and front cocking serrations that allow you to do the perfect press check.
