I do not have a recommendation for a plate carrier vest because they're all so different as are the plates you choose and your body type.

Ladies, if you're big busted, hard armor might be a little uncomfortable so you'll have to wear your vest a bit looser. Ill be reviewing some lady's armor in a few weeks :)
